About me
Allan is an entrepreneur, business builder, and cross-border leader focused on helping enterprises drive measurable outcomes through automation and AI adoption. He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Workato Japan, and Senior Advisor for Workato Asia Pacific, where he founded and scaled Workato's APAC business.
Over the past decade, he has worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, and senior leaders across Japan, Singapore, and the US to modernize operations, connect systems, and orchestrate end-to-end workflows that improve speed, productivity, and resilience. He is especially passionate about helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward practical adoption that creates real business impact.
Outside of work, he enjoys bringing people together and building communities through volunteer leadership and board roles, including the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He is energized by building from zero, scaling with great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into reality.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore with a Minor in Computer Science and Technopreneurship. Recently, he graduated from Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
