About me
I am a founding member of Workato Japan and currently serve as Field CTO. Since launching Workato’s Japan business in 2018, I have worked with enterprises to put enterprise orchestration into practice—connecting AI agents securely and reliably with business processes, data, and existing systems.Over the past 35 years, including roles at TIBCO and other global technology companies, I have worked across enterprise application integration, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business transformation. My focus has consistently been on going beyond technology adoption to help organizations turn technology into measurable business outcomes through thoughtful design, execution, and organizational change.Today, I focus on how enterprises can combine AI reasoning with deterministic, governed execution in business systems. I speak and write about Enterprise MCP, operationalizing AI agents, and the governance required to make agentic AI reliable at scale. I hold a degree in engineering from Kanagawa University, where I studied natural language processing.
